Do you take insurance?

Our healthcare providers are considered out of network with all insurance companies. For episodic care, a "superbill" will be provided (upon request) so you can submit the receipt as an out-of-network claim. However, your insurance can be used when ordering laboratory tests and imaging.

You can use your FSA/HSA account to pay for your care.

Do you accept patients that are unvaccinated or on a delayed vaccine plan?

YES! We accept patients regardless of vaccination status. 

We welcome questions and dialongue regarding all vaccines both recommended for adults as well as children.

At this time, we do not offer vaccines in the office, but we hope to have this service available soon. We are picky about the bands/formulations of vaccines that we offer, and we will not offer "combination" vaccines.
